We want you to love your Estrid products, but if something isn't right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused for a full refund.
Start Your Request
Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Parcel
Place your unused items in their original boxes and securely seal the package to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop it Off
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
